EXECUTIVE VICE-PRESIDENT

I have worked at DisABLEd Workers since 2011 and have enjoyed growing with the company through the years and am currently the Executive-Vice President.

There are a number of reasons that I love working at DisABLEd Workers. One of which has been the opportunity to grow but mostly it is the chance to help our clients. Helping others has always been an important part of my life and being able to assist our clients in making the right decisions for their situation and explaining the opportunities that are available to them has been very rewarding.

I am a Certified Community Partner Work Incentives Counselor and enjoy being able to use my experience and knowledge regarding Social Security’s extensive Work Incentives to help our clients navigate their way through the many rules and regulations that come with receiving disability benefits and trying to return to work.

Another reason I love working here is that I’ve always been treated as family. I’ve never worked for a company quite like this one before! The founder of our company, Stephen Schrader, made sure that everyone that walked through our doors, whether employees or clients, felt that they were heard and that their voices were important. That sense of inclusiveness continues to this day.

In my free time I enjoy traveling, cooking, reading, and live music. I always have a book with me and have lots of fun trying new food, books, and music with my family and friends.
