CARDHOLDER SERVICES ASSISTANT MANAGER

Hello, my name is Ted.

I’ve been working at DisABLEd Workers since July 2016. I started as a part-time Customer Service Representative, a few months in I was promoted to Executive Assistant. In 2018 I was promoted to the Cardholder Services Assistant Manager. I enjoy working for DisABLEd Workers because I believe in this company, and I’m passionate about all that we do to help our clients. I am so blessed to be able to contribute to the DisABLEd Workers team. We truly are a family.

I am pursuing a degree in the Study of Religion at the University of Northern Iowa. My knowledge in this field has helped me relate to our clients from all walks of life. I live with my girlfriend and daughter. In my spare time, I play video games, skateboard, play guitar, and watch movies.
