Hello my name is Lola; I am currently the main receptionist at DisABLEd Workers. I started here in 2011 as a CSR. I enjoy working at DWLLC because it is just like working with family, everyone is so wonderful to work with, always helpful and very respectful. Working for DWLLC has been the best job I have ever had and I wouldn’t change it for the world. When I was dealing with health issues everyone was so concerned and I really appreciated the fact that my boss didn’t give up on me, not many companies would do that but here at DWLLC it is great and I am grateful for the opportunity that I was given.
DWLLC has helped so many people that are disabled and didn’t think that they could work or even attend college and we helped them with the resources to change thing for the better for our clients and they really appreciate us here.
I am a mother of 3 adult children, Grandmother of 8 grandchildren, with 2 sets of twins and I am also a great grandmother of 1, I have several degrees which in Office Specialist, Information processing, Associates in Business Management as well as a BA and Master’s in Business Management.
My experiences with DW has showed me that even with my disability nothing is impossible. I have been able to speak with people who deal with the same type of disability I have which is Myasthenia Gravis and understand what they deal with. I have experienced learning new things in my position that I may not have gotten an opportunity to do otherwise, DWLLC has shown me that no matter what you know there is always room to learn more.
