Payment Specialist

Hello!

My name is Melanie and I have worked with DisABLEd Workers since February of 2020 as a Payment Specialist. I like working with our clients and explaining the program changes. I enjoy assisting clients with their goals, and hearing about their achievements.

I live in the Waterloo/Cedar Falls area and enjoy many outdoor activities and great parks/nature centers we have. In my spare time I like to walk and hike with my dog. I also have many plants both indoor and outdoor. I like to listen to music and watch movies.

I look forward to helping you navigate the Ticket to Work program.
