CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Hello my name is Pam and I am a CSR with Disabled Workers. I started with the company in 2012. I find my position rewarding and would like to continue until I retire. I enjoy helping people by reaching out and listening to their concerns and goals.

I have a degree in Early Childhood from the University of Northern Iowa. In the past have served as a preschool teacher and director. As times change I find purpose with talking to clients, hearing their stories and it makes me feel blessed with my own health.

I am married with three grown children. In my spare time I like to travel walk with my dog Chansey and spend time with family and friends.
